INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup nut butter of choice
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp plant-based milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 cup vanilla plant-based protein powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup natural sprinkles
TO MAKE
Add but butter, milk, maple syrup and extract(s) to a bowl, whisk to combine until smooth.
Add protein powder and salt, mix to combine- you may need to use your hands to bring it fully together.
Add sprinkles and gently mix into dough.
Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment. Press dough into bottom of pan, ensuring the top is smooth.
Place in the fridge for 10-30 minutes. Slice into bars, add additional sprinkles (I also add some Pyure Granulated Sweetener for an extra sweet treat) and enjoy!
