PROTEIN CHOCOLATE CHIP SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH

Protein chocolate chip sugar cookie dough is the ultimate healthy snack! Great for any time of day, these protein cookie dough balls will keep you satisfied between your workday meetings, workout sessions, or pre-meal snack!

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE COOKIES

1 cup fine, blanced almond flour

2 scoops Iron Vegan French Vanilla Protein Powder

3 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp plant-based milk

3/4 cup chocolate chips

Pinch of salt


TO MAKE

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix until combined.

  2. Using your hands, make approx 8 balls- rolling until smooth.

  3. Roll in Pyure Granulated Sweetener for an extra touch

  4. Place in the fridge for 10-30 minutes, enjoy!
