CHOCOLATE PUDDING PIE WITH SALTED PRETZEL CRUST


Serves: 8-12

Ingredients

  • 3 cups crushed Pretzels (keto pretzels or any pretzel of choice)

  • ¼ cup Pyure Brown Sweetener

  • 1 stick butter, melted

  • 1 box Pyre Chocolate Pudding Mix



TO MAKE


  1. Crush the pretzels into fine crumbs (you can use a blender or a plastic bag with a rolling pin).


  2. Mix the crumbs with the sweetener and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish.


  3. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes until toasted, then let it cool.


  4. Make Chocolate Pudding according to instructions, pour into cooled pie crust.


  5. Add plastic wrap to top of pudding mixture and let set in the fridge for 1 hour.


  6. Top with whipped cream or meringue and enjoy!
