INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons coconut cream, chilled overnight for garnish

  • 1 cup unsweetened plant milk of choice

  • 1 small frozen banana

  • ½ cup frozen wild blueberries, plus more for garnish

  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks

  • ¼ cup coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice)

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2-3 squeezes of Pyure Simply Sweet (Vanilla or Original)

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut, plus more for garnish

  • Tiny pinch of salt


TO MAKE

  1. Place all ingredients, except the coconut cream, into a blender and blend on high for 30-60 seconds, or until completely smooth.

  2. Use a spoon or spatula to sweep the coconut cream along the inside of a tall glass, creating a pretty swirl effect. Pour the smoothie into the glass.

  3. Garnish with additional shredded coconut and a handful of wild blueberries for an extra pop of texture and flavor.

  4. Sip, savor, and enjoy!
