2025 CHRISTMAS COOKIE BOX RECIPES

RECIPE #1: VANILLA BEAN SHORTBREAD COOKIES

HOW TO MAKE VANILLA BEAN SHORTBREAD COOKIES
Making vanilla bean shortbread cookies involves a few key steps that result in a rich, buttery texture with a delightful vanilla flavor. Here’s a high-level overview of the method:
Preparing the Dough: In a bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Scrape the seeds from a vanilla bean or use ground vanilla bean and add them to the mixture, along with a pinch of salt. Gradually add flour and mix until just combined.
Chilling the Dough: Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour until firm.
Slicing and Baking: Preheat the oven and wait 5-10 minutes until dough is slightly softened. Roll out between two pieces of parchment paper, and cut-out with cookie cutter shapes of your choice. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until the edges are lightly golden.
Cooling: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely!
This method will yield delicious vanilla bean shortbread cookies that are perfect for any occasion.
RECIPE #2: PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOM COOKIES

PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOM VARIATIONS
These Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies are classic and delightful as is, but you can make changes to suit your individual taste.
Chocolate types: Experiment with different types of chocolate kisses, such as milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or even caramel-filled kisses for a unique twist.
Nut butters: Substitute half of the peanut butter with almond butter or cashew butter for a different flavor profile.
Sprinkles: Roll the cookie dough balls in colored sprinkles before baking for a festive look.
Flavor extracts: Add a teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract to the dough for enhanced flavor.
Stuffed cookies: Place a mini Reese's cup inside the cookie dough ball before baking for an extra surprise.

RECIPE #4: CLASSIC LEMON CRINKLE COOKIES

HOW TO MAKE CLASSIC LEMON CRINKLE COOKIES
Making classic lemon crinkle cookies involves a few key steps that result in a soft, chewy texture with a delightful lemon flavor. Here’s a high-level overview of the method:
Preparing the Dough: In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and lemon zest. In another bowl, combine whisk together eggs, oil, lemon juice, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and mix until combined- do NOT overmix!
Forming the Cookies: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Roll each ball in both granulated and powdered sugar to coat completely.
Baking: Preheat the oven and place the coated dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until the edges are set and the tops are crinkled.
