No churn, no fuss- and it's hands down the BEST ice cream you'll ever have! Plus, you can really experiment with different flavours and mix-ins. Sweetened condensed milk is the secret ingredient that makes it easy to make ice cream without an ice cream maker. Sweetened condensed milk is regular cow’s milk that has had most of the water cooked out of it to make it thicker and creamier than regular milk...yum!

INGREDIENTS
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
TO MAKE
Place the whipping cream in a large bowl and beat using a mixer or whisk until soft peaks form.
Fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir gently to combine.
Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container. Place in freezer for six hours or more to allow ice cream to set.
Serve cold.
